Chairman Shelley has been a member of Byers Fire since 2000, first beginning with Byers as a volunteer, serving 11 years and obtaining his Fire I. He was heavily involved and the founder of Byers' Fire Prevention program and has served on the Board of Directors since 2004.
Byers Fire Protection District No. 9 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
