Patient Care Reports (PCR) are not accessible through online report requests.
**PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with United States legislation (HIPAA) that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information, reports containing any protected health information will require a written release from the patient (the form to utilize for this can be obtained from the Administrative Office), as well as presentation of proper identification in order for the report to be released.

Byers Fire Protection District No. 9 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
