Chief Disher is a certified EMT-IV, Firefighter I, Firefighter II, Hazmat Technician, Fire Instructor I, State of Colorado Division of Fire Proctor, State of Colorado Division of Fire Live Fire Proctor, Driver/Operator, Driver/Operator Proctor, ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 300, ICS 700, and ICS 800 certified.

Byers Fire Protection District No. 9 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
